I accept insurance and private pay.
I accept United Health Care, Blue Cross Blue Shields, Aetna, Cigna, healthcare highway and Healthchoice. It's best to be familiar with your own plan, so you have no surprise cost!
What is included in your sessions

Yes! I encourage you to check in with me via my client portal or email if you have any questions in between our sessions.

An email covering points we discussed in our sessions, or a recording of guided meditations, short yoga for stress reduction and EFT support (as setup statements).

$90 a session - a reasonable fee on purpose! :-)
